Cancellations
Upon cancellation of a camp program, no deposit will be refunded. NO refund, reduction of fees or credit will be granted for late arrival, early departure (homesickness etc.) , withdrawal, or dismissal.
Upon cancellation 4 weeks before the session start – No refunds at all and full tuition payments will be expected.
In the situation that camp will be forced to close $100.00 is not refundable
